What is Kylie Rose Boutique

Stardust Boutique is a dress boutique based in Cardiff Wales UK. We are forever increasing our range of beautiful dresses from many major evening wear design labels; we are proud to be a top Jovani dress stockist in the UK.


We are always on the look out to stock new dress brands. If you are a designer dress brand and would like to talk to us about stocking your dresses please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Do you hire dresses?

No, we don’t offer a hire service on any of our dresses as the brands we stock do not allow this.

 

Where is your dress boutique?

We are open from May 2019 in Queen's Arcade Cardiff.

I have found the dress I want but it is a lot cheaper on American websites. Why is this?

Dresses often appear cheaper on International websites because they do not include the 20% VAT charges that we have in the UK. If you order from an International website, when it arrives at your door, or even before, it comes with a bill from HMRC, which will include VAT, import tax and a handling fee. You may also pay shipping charges. This actually makes the dress more expensive than buying from us directly, and you are not protected by the distance selling regulations when you purchase internationally should you need to return an item.

Sometime dresses appear very cheap indeed and are copies of our designers’ dresses, by counterfeiters illegally using their images. 

More often than not these dresses are not what they appear, and some do not even turn up in time for the event. We have seen young ladies spend their prom budget on these dresses and then struggle to find something at the last minute because they have been let down.

How do I know if the dress that I want is in stock?

How do I know if you have received my order?

Once you have placed an order with us at www.kylieroseboutique.com you will receive an email confirmation confirming your order and payment.
 

DELIVERY

Which postal service will deliver my order?

Jovani and other evening gowns are shipped via FEDEX DOMESTIC or FEDEX EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL. We can answer any queries regarding delivery times any time you like just contact us.

When will you despatch my order?

Items purchased from us before 3pm Monday - Friday are despatched within 3 working days from when payment has been received (excluding bank holidays).

 

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order 24 hours after we have dispatched the item if the item is in stock in our store.

Should your item be one that is in the Jovani warehouse in New York, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery time.

Some of our more casual and lower priced items may take 3-4 weeks to arrive and this will be detailed in the description.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Worldwide, but if you are in a country outside of the UK we recommend getting in contact about delivery.

Can I have my order delivered to a different delivery address other than my billing address?

Yes, this option is available during the ordering process.

 

What happens to my order if I’m not in when the postal service try to deliver to my address?

Fedex will leave a slip to arrange redelivery. 
 

PAYMENT

Is the checkout secure?

Yes. Our preferred payment method is PayPal. Should you wish to pay with your credit/debit card paypal provides you with the alternative to enter your card details. You do not need a paypal account for this nor will you need to create one. 
All payments are safe and secure and guaranteed with PayPal. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

 

Do I have to create an account on the website to place an order?

Yes! Creating an account with us will offer further benefits such as;
Speedy checkout process. Next time you place an order with Kylie Rose Boutique there will be no need to input you name, email address, postal address or delivery address (unless you wish to change your delivery address).

 

Can I place my order and pay over the phone?

Yes. We are more than happy to help. 
This service is available Tuesday – Saturday 12pm to 6pm

How can I pay?

We currently offer two payment methods in order for you to place an order with us:
•    PayPal / Credit Debit card through Paypal checkout
•    Credit / Debit Card over the phone

If you don’t have a PayPal account and would like to place an order through our website using your credit / debit card, this can be done securely via PayPal. There is no need to have or create a PayPal account, simply follow the simple steps via PayPal when checking out.

RETURNS

Can I return an item?

Yes. Occasionally you may find a dress to be unsuitable. If this happens, you must contact us with notice of cancellation in writing within 14 days after the goods are received, and return the item within this time period. Please note that we will not refund any items sent outside this time period. We will provide you with a return address. Please note that the red shark tag on your garment MUST be intact to ensure you will get your refund. If the shark tag has been removed you will not receive a refund. Our email to inform us that you would like to return an item is info@kylieroseboutique.com.

Postal costs will not be refunded.

Please ensure you value the item accurately when arranging for delivery back to us, as we cannot be held responsible should the item be lost in transit. 

Please allow us 10 days to process your refund. 

Consumers are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession. Item will be inspected, and should the item show signs of fake tan, deodorant marks, make-up, staining, tears etc, we will consider that you have not taken the expected reasonable care of goods and a refund will be refused.

This returns policy ensures a fair policy. It complies with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and does not affect your statutory rights. Should you have any enquiries about returns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
This returns policy is for website sales only. We do not accept store returns.

 

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

In the extremely rare occasion that you have received a damaged gown, firstly, we are very sorry to hear this. We fully check all dresses before we despatch them to you. Please contact us asap regarding this matter.
